Don’t laugh. Eye yoga is for real and it can cut down on the aches and pains your eyes are subjected to daily by increasing circulation to them. The first thing you want to do, as with any exercise, is stretching. We have to stretch those eye extraocular muscles first. So keep your head stationary throughout the exercise. We are working on the eyes here. Not the body. So now that we’re all limbered up, let’s do some eye yoga!
